The Interview Process with Nidec Minster
We pride ourselves on a thorough, efficient interviewing process. In fact, it’s not unusual for us to make an offer after the first interview when we find the perfect fit for our team.
Our interview process includes:
- Scheduling a time that accommodates you
- A tour of the facility
- An in-person look at your potential job
- A meeting with a potential team member or supervisor
- Your interview
If an offer is extended, we have three pre-employment requirements that must be passed: a comprehensive background screen, a physical and hair analysis drug screen.

At Nidec Minster, we customize our orientation program to our new team member based on their job, skill level, needs and career goals.
